πŸ₯ž Pancake Tuesday at our Brighton Hub πŸ₯ž

Yesterday, our Brighton Hub in Brighton celebrated Pancake Tuesday with a fun and engaging session, where clients enjoyed making, flipping and decorating their own pancakes together.

While the activity was full of laughter and delicious toppings, it also provided meaningful benefits for people living with brain injury. Taking part in simple cooking activities can help support cognitive function, coordination and confidence. Following steps, making choices and engaging socially with others can all contribute to improvements in memory, communication and independence.

At Headway Sussex, we know that everyday activities like these play an important role in recovery and wellbeing, helping clients build skills in a supportive and relaxed environment.

Thank you for your continued support.

Best wishes,

The Headway Sussex Team
