Celebrating an Incredible Year with CO-OP Local Community Fund!

At Headway Sussex, we are thrilled to reflect on a remarkable year of partnership with the CO-OP Local Community Fund. Recently, our CEO, Ian Foster, had the privilege of attending the CO-OP Local Community Fund Celebration Day, where he personally thanked everyone involved for their outstanding support. What made this occasion even more special? It happened to fall on Ian’s birthday – a meaningful way to spend the day, celebrating the collective effort that has made such a difference to our charity!

This partnership has been a game-changer for us and, most importantly, for the many individuals living with brain injuries in Sussex. Thanks to the generosity of CO-OP shoppers who chose Headway Sussex as their supported charity, we’ve been able to provide vital services that promote recovery, independence, and community connection. Whether it’s through therapy sessions, social events, or educational resources, your everyday shopping choices have made an incredible impact.

We can’t express enough how much we appreciate the support of the CO-OP Local Community Fund and its supporters. It’s been a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated organisation, and while this chapter is coming to a close, we remain hopeful that this partnership will continue in the future.
