Survey for Young Carers Supporting a Family Member After Stroke

Hello everyone,

If you are under 18 and supporting a family member who has had a stroke, we would be grateful if you could complete a short survey created by a student from Brighton and Sussex Medical School.

They are developing an information leaflet for young family carers of people who have experienced a stroke and would like to learn more about local experiences.

(The survey is effectively confidential – the only sensitive information requested is your age.)
