Supporting carers is an important part of the work we do at Headway Sussex, yet it is often recognised that unpaid carers across Sussex do not always have access to the support, advice and resources they need.
We’re delighted to share that we have recently received funding from Yorkshire Building Society to help us deliver important carer support and make it easier for carers to find the right help.
As part of this work, we have created a dedicated signposting poster bringing together useful sources of support, advice and information for carers. We hope this will make it easier for carers to understand what help is available and where they can turn when they need it.
💙 Whether you’re supporting someone with an acquired brain injury, looking for practical advice, or simply need some support for yourself, knowing where to turn can make a real difference.
