Our activity-based wellbeing groups are expanding into local community venues, offering a variety of morning and afternoon sessions tailored to individual and group needs. We are committed to delivering consistently high-quality services, ensuring that clients and their families receive the personalised support they need for recovery and improved wellbeing.
Support Groups

Support Groups
Our support group meetings are held both online and in person, led by experienced Headway Sussex facilitators. These sessions provide a welcoming space where everyone can benefit from expert guidance, open conversation, and peer support. Many people find great value in sharing experiences and learning from others who truly understand life after brain injury.
Advice & Support Services

The impact of a brain injury can be far-reaching and long lasting for both the individual and those around them.
Our range of advice and support services are designed to give clients, families and carers the information, practical guidance and emotional help throughout their recovery, and provide ongoing support for the future.
Rehabilitation Services

We provide specialist support to help people on their road to recovery following a brain injury. Treatments and services can include occupational therapy, psychological support, physiotherapy and speech and language therapy.
Individual Outreach Services

One-to-one outreach provides personal individual support, advice and guidance to each client to help them develop strategies to increase independence, make and maintain community connections and to take up opportunities to improve quality of life.
Hospital Liaison Service

We offer a dedicated liaison, advice and support service for individuals in East and West Sussex who have been admitted to hospital with a brain injury, as well as their families. Our support is primarily focused on patients who are approaching discharge, helping to ensure a smoother transition from hospital to home.
