About the Role:
As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will provide essential support to our clients in a variety of settings, including community venues, their homes, and online. This role focuses on empowering clients, fostering independence, and promoting wellbeing without involving personal care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer one-to-one and group support to clients
- Facilitate engaging activities and community involvement
- Assist clients in achieving personal goals and enhancing their quality of life
- Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and Headway teams

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a caring role
