🌟 Headway Sussex chosen as Charity of the Year 🌟
We’re delighted to share some exciting news!
Headway Sussex has been chosen by British Gypsum as one of their Charities of the Year for 2025.
This year-long partnership with British Gypsum’s Robertsbridge site, staff, customers, and partners will bring fundraising activities and awareness campaigns to support our work with people living with brain injuries across Sussex.
Each year, 350,000 people in the UK are admitted to hospital with an acquired brain injury – that’s one person every 90 seconds (Headway UK).
Many face lifelong challenges, and our mission is to ensure no one in Sussex faces them alone.
With British Gypsum’s support, we’ll be able to:
✅ Provide more personalised reablement programmes
✅ Grow our social and wellbeing groups
✅ Support individuals and families
✅ Help people rebuild confidence, independence, and community connections
