Individual Outreach Services
One-to-one outreach provides personal individual support, advice and guidance to each client to help them develop strategies to increase independence, make and maintain community connections and to take up opportunities to improve quality of life.
Hospital Liaison Service
We provide a small-scale liaison advice and support service for people with a brain injury admitted to hospital and their families. The service is mainly focused on patients who are close to discharge from The Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath.
Our aim is to expand to support more patients and families receiving care at other Sussex hospitals.
